Draymond would have been a great NFL lineman given how often he just blocks people and doesn't get called for holding. He basically sets zero non moving screens.

It's like no matter the success thus far in the season, the team and the fans go back to a childlike state when the Warriors come to town. "Call them my daddy"?

The warriors are so fucking loathsome. Draymond and Poole deserve each other

This is a game where Mazz should be aggressive with timeouts. I like the "make them figure it out" in general, but the narrative around this game is too big.

Also, unless there's a huge 4th for him, this is basically the death of the Tatum-MVP narrative. It was on life support anyway, but- unfairly or otherwise- he has no chance if he plays terribly against the Dubs again.

also wouldn't kill him to change things up just to see if something other than running the same lineup back and forth when they're showing little to no effort (or at least playing with their heads up their asses) on the defensive end and their offense is also off.

Is this true of every player where only one team matters or just Tatum?

I am not complaining about the C's being down by nine halfway through the third. I am going to complain about the ads that are featured with my NBA streams. I am glad that Jose Andres likes eating his way through Spain but its doing me little good when all I have is this wish sandwich.

There's no foul there. Draymond is one of the more loathsome players in the NBA

Draymond literally flys backwards and throws the ball at the backboard and gets a call. Fuck him

Love that Green throws himself into Al for a foul call and Tatum has some contact on a drive and no call.

I would love for someone to just throw a hard shoulder into Green on a screen or something. For one, it’s a guarantee he will react and do stupid shit. For another, he absolutely deserves it

I'm just tuning in. People here seem frustrated but they were just within 1 point a couple minutes ago, so I'll remain optimistic.
I think the frustration is that the C's play like a different team when they're playing this team of showboating 3 point shooters.

When they played poorly- for myriad understandable reasons- against that team in the previous finals, yes.

Tatum had really rough sledding for the MVP anyway: he'd have to have a pretty overwhelming case this year, and he had to get past the Warriors narrative. That shouldn't matter, but it does.

Santa Monica
Brown needs to be eased back in, can't expect him to be up to game speed after 10 days out

maybe a little less of Jaylen

Brogdon also got hacked with no call.. only reason they got the ball back was because it went off a Warrior's head out of bounds.

Name one.

edit: I think Jokic probably has a better case, and maybe Giannis.. but Tatum's numbers and how he's been playing should seem to matter more than an Steven A Smith style argument IMO.

Uh, Tatum. Like I said, narrative matters. You can disagree, that's fine.
I thought you were talking about another one... but if it's the only time it's every happened I don't see why it's relevant.

Edit: another example of another player I mean.

Warriors games are unwatchable with the whistle they get. I'm convinced the officials are scared of Draymond and being featured on his podcast.

I love Curry…and I really fucking hate the Warriors. That’s how annoying the other players and the coach are
