They moved the transfer window up this year. Players were able to play in all the bowl games last year except the CFP final.

It’s obviously Brady if any weight is given to post-college accomplishments, but on a college-only basis, have they had anyone better than Harbaugh? Probably still better than McCarthy, but “best Michigan QB” isn’t as high a bar as you’d think for such a storied program.
The official only drops his hat for an offensive player going out of bounds. So his hat being off has no bearing at all on whether it was a pick by the defense.
