Yes, my summary was kind of awkwardly worded because of the translation. What I meant was that the PL wanted to restart by June 1 and finish within 6 weeks of that, in order to restart the new season in August. Sorry if that wasn’t clear.

Covid-19 & the 2019-20 season (or, Can a rabona inspire us?)

Couple of updates from the German press: * Premier League plans to end the season within six weeks of June 1, without fans. New season to start on August 8. (my translation might be slightly off on this though. It's not completely clear through google translate, either.) * Renowned virologist...

Tottenham Hotspur 2019-20: Jose can you see?

Zaha for £14 million lol. Even if he were worth that little to Levy, he must be smart enough to know how much he’s worth to Palace. They are a pretty much a Championship team without Zaha. That makes him worth many multiples of what Levy offered to Parish.

That’s a good idea too. Thank you! The only problem is I really don’t know how to get in touch with her school, and I’m not sure if she know. But I might ask some friends here with kids what they would buy for their children.

I'm going to cross post this from one of the Coronavirus forums, where I initially posted it. I mentor/help an Afghani girl from Iran here in Berlin. We usually meet up once a week to chat, help with school, stuff like that. We're doing it on the phone now. She's also doing her schoolwork on...

    12/7-8! Game thread

This is interesting: Guaita leads in goals saved in Europe this season (vs XG) with 9.6. Next closest are Dubravka at 8.7 and Szczesny at 7.4. Next EPL is Henderson at 7.2. View: https://mobile.twitter.com/OptaJoe/status/1240229348470292480

Covid-19 & the 2019-20 season (or, Can a rabona inspire us?)

Norwich <3 coronavirus. So would that mean 42 games next season? Last time there were 22 teams in the league, Palace got relegated with 49 points. That worries me...
