Dude, I had the same exact thought.Again, I'm a big Simmons fan and it's not exactly right to hold ad reads against him. He deserves credit for trying to personalize them, I suppose. Everybody wants to be Howard Stern on extemporized ad reads, but nobody really can...certainly not Bill.
But...
A couple weeks ago he was doing ad reads for Airbnb, talking about how Airbnb was so much more convenient and flexible and comfortable than just staying at a hotel.
And now he's doing reads for Hilton, describing how it's such a pain in the ass fiddling with a lock box to get a key to stay somewhere where you don't know what to expect.
I'm sure I'm the only one amused by that.
