Santa Monica
they were never mentally checked in tonight

CJM had to call an early TO when they were up big in Q1 because they weren't focused

Back to back misses on easy shots sandwiched around letting the Nets waltz to the basket yet again. The whole night was summed up right there

This game has sucked from the C's perspective since the second quarter but I really cannot get too exercised about what might be their 19th loss this season. YRMV

Its the tendency for the Celts to disappear. May be it is a case of playing to the level of your opponent. But maybe it is a lack of stamina, which could be a problem in a real series
I don't take anything away from this game given that they have won against every type of opponent in every type of circumstance. The facts support that they are a good team having a bad night. Maybe all the doomsayers are right and this team has first round exit all over it. But no facts support that position at present except this loss (assuming the score holds) and the other 18. Out of 64 total games.

WOuld have been much more entertaining and less frustrating if we had just played Where's NJ instead of paying attention to the score.

What a fucking disgrace. They better answer the bell and win on Sunday because the second half of the back to back in Cleveland is not a good spot. They have not played well coming out of the break and tonight just pours gasoline on the fire.

Costly game against an inferior opponent at home. Could make a difference in the quest for the top seed.
I had zero expectations that they were going undefeated into the playoffs. The one seed was always going to be a dogfight too imo. But yeah, they may not get it.

Well, they are now 2 behind the bucks for home court and they have been playing lately like they would prefer to play game 7 in Milwaukee. Infuriating.
