I wonder how many passes over 20 yards can be completed today. Its too cold! Have to adapt. Niners need to think their way through this.

This feels like the opposite of a lot of 49ers games I've seen this year (including last week), where they thoroughly outplay the other team, but it's still very much a winnable game by the opposition.

Always amazing when somebody like Kittle can drop a wide open easy catch and then make a one handed Houdini grab on the sideline

Right next to Spencer Gifts. Grab a whoopee cushion and head next door to check out the King’s throne.
In about 1978, WGAN-TV (which later became WGME) interviewed my dad outside the Jordan Marsh at the Mall about this time of year. I was there (about eight years old) and for some reason I was wearing my mother's puffy coat, and when we gathered around the TV that night I saw that I looked like the Michelin Man.

This is a Shanahan special drive. Even if they only get 3, take all the clock out, get some points, get the opening kickoff in the second. He talks about it all the time, calls it lapping the opposition.

In the last 8 days, the Bengals have won as many playoff games as the Dallas Cowboys have won in the last 25 years.

There's an odd line in Peter King's latest column talking about how great the Niners-Cowboys rivalry has been for last 30 years. I don't get it.

I assume he’s speaking to his audience that still think he’s relevant?

I wouldn’t know.
