No. He took one in the back pocket and as most 22 year olds would responded angrily. Marlins have enough problems with base runners and bombs.I've been loosely following the game on mute... Did they intentionally throw at Acuna? Seems like the game flipped at that point
Called a base hit out of deference to Bregman?Heh. Bregman boots one.
They did that at home in a very loud park, don't see how they could do it in a quiet Dodger Stadium. Is anyone listening for the trash-can or equivalent?
You're almost certainly right, but the piped-in crowd noise is so loud I can't hear much beyond it. And I was mostly expressing my annoyance with their beating Oakland so handily. They did that at home in a very loud park, don't see how they could do it in a quiet Dodger Stadium.
The true definition of pick your poison.........I won't watch two seconds of it unless a meteor is predicted to hit the stadium.........The Yankees burped and farted their way into the playoffs and guaranteed they'll mash their way to the WS, the pitching staffs they're facing are in tatters, no Verlander/Cole/Greinke gauntlets to worry about, just a bunch of tomato cans serving up meatballs, just wonderful.Astros-Yankees ALCS would be the least liked series since the Yankees-Mets World Series
Are you giving up hope for Tampa this early? I mean, if they go down 0-2 tonight they are probably dead ducks. But their pitching isn’t in tatters. The true definition of pick your poison.........I won't watch two seconds of it unless a meteor is predicted to hit the stadium.........The Yankees burped and farted their way into the playoffs and guaranteed they'll mash their way to the WS, the pitching staffs they're facing are in tatters, no Verlander/Cole/Greinke gauntlets to worry about, just a bunch of tomato cans serving up meatballs, just wonderful.
Ditto. Literally no one to root for in that matchup. I'll watch the NL, and be back in for the World Series, unless it looks like the Yankees are really likely to be dishing out a beatdown. The true definition of pick your poison.........I won't watch two seconds of it unless a meteor is predicted to hit the stadium.
