Actually Happ was great in September (a sub-2 ERA) and Urquidy was pretty good too, but these teams trust their staff depth more than those guys (although they will both likely be used tonight for extended stints.)
It makes a lot of sense for the Yankees with their extreme bullpen depth (results notwithstanding so far). Astros bullpen will be lucky to hold the Yankees to 5, IMO.

Looked like the hit and run was on on that HR, which is why Gurriel attacked a pitch 6 inches inside.

To be fair, there is a lot of baseball left tonight but damn, you love a cushion like that at home early.

How do you put on a hit and run with 2 outs?
Good point. Must have been a straight steal attempt by Altuve. (Which also doesn’t make sense with 2 outs, but I guess if you have a huge jump and are certain you’ll make it.)

What happened to Wade Miley? As someone who wants the Astros to win I'm not excited to see him in there but the guy had a good season.
He had a stretch in late September where he gave up like 13 runs while recording 1 out. Not sure what caused that but it was atrocious.

Check out his last few weeks of games, he stopped being able to get anyone out and isn't even on the roster after a bad relief appearance in the ALDS.
