On that last replay, after the INT, the Cardinal was running with ball towards sideline. Brandon Marshall ran in the other direction.

First game I saw the Jets this year their offense looked great. I know Decker's out but man, this is terrible. Fitzpatrick.... dude, you struck gold with that holdout, you wouldn't get a bag of expired coupons now.

="nothumb, post: 1967299, member: 24224"]if you punched owen wilson in the head repeatedly for about a year, i bet he'd be perfect as jon gruden on SNL.
I'd volunteer to help out with that.

WTF was the RT doing on that play? One push and stood there like a statue, watching the DE run around him for the strip sack.

Jets have too much talent to be 1-5 even with the schedule. Very surprised at the coaching regression.

They fucked up against Cincy, they should have had that one, they pasted BUFF

@ Arrowhead @ Pitt and @ Arizona is tough

SEA @ home is no picnic either

In 3 of the 5 fitzpatrick gave them absolutely no chance to win.

Blew the Cincinnati game, got a win and just got beat by a better pitt team in the other 3.

It's tough when the QB wont/can't take care of the ball

Edit: the problem isn't only the losses it's how bad they've been getting beat. It's getting worse with each game

True.

But I do see a noticeable difference in the front-seven as well as the secondary, nevermind the offense. With Decker out & the expected reverse-Fitzy season, Bowles & the D needed to be above-average. Not happening so far.

Yup. The Jets blitz about as effectively as the Pats.

Jets will get no less than 5-6 wins, me thinks. That gets them in the dreaded NFL draft middle-class.

Sheldon Richardson also going into his last contract year.

I think you are overeating the Jets talent. Outside of their defensive line the rest of the defense in the linebackers and secondary stinks. Harris is on the back 9 and Revis is toast. On offense they have no QB, 1 legit receiver now that Decker is done in Marshall who will get the lions share of coverage now and no tight end. The offensive line is maybe average at best. This is a team that clearly over achieved a year ago and now the 2nd place schedule they have is showing.

But who finishes below the Jets?
Cleveland almost assuredly.

Bears and Niners probably.

San Diego? Maybe.

I don't see Carolina, Indy or Cinci staying in the basement.

The rest of the 2-wins or less teams (Miami, Jax, Tampa, New Orleans) probably all can manage at least as many wins as the Jest from here out, and they all have a Win in hand over them.

So GangGreen may be looking at a bottom-5 finish (or to look at it more optimistically, a Top 5 pick).
