Giants looked like dogpoo the last time they played. Today doesn't mean anything for seeding, but they need to establish playing well again
I actually did not think the Giants played that badly against Philly as you suggest. They actually had a decent (for them anyways) rushing attack and the defense has a goal line stand. Now if you said Eli Manning sucked with his 3 INTS, then I agree with you 100 percent.

Maybe I didn't see it correctly, but looked like McGloin took a helmet to the chin and I thought the personal foul on the punt return was bullshit. He was barely out of bounds and I wouldn't expect tacklers to see that.
Ha ha on me. I was taking care of kids and jumped in just before the punt when they replayed Crick's hit on McGloin. I noticed when I rewound that they did call Crick for that hit. Personal foul on the punt was still bad.

I mean, he has had time on some throws and you'd need Kareem standing on Russell's shoulders to catch the ball.
FYI if Kareem stood on Russell's shoulders he'd bitch and moan when he got called for a foul for doing that,

Oakland. Accepts a penalty instead of letting DEN kick a 50+ FG, 3rd and 18 walk in untouched 34 yard TD

Not to mention he barely got nudged. Denver is taking it to Oakland right now, but their getting an assist from the refs as usual.

Latavius Murray has run some wildcat stuff this year, hasn't he? Just noting.

So, NE with two byes and then the winner of the KC-PITT game at home in the AFC Championship? I'll take that.

Rams just got screwed, called for a late hit out of bounds when a Cardinal pushed a Ram into another Cardinal out of bounds. Cost them 3 points.

That may be a bad challenge by the Raiders. The receiver had his knee down and then the ball came out.

So if KC and Denver hold on, the Pats play the winner of Texans-Raiders, neither of whom have a QB?
They'd get Miami if they win, otherwise it's OAK/HOU.
Never take any playoff game lightly, etc., etc., but this is shaping up to be the smoothest road the Pats have ever set wheel to.
Yep...I'm a bit giddy, but with all requisite knocks on wood etc, rationally speaking this is about a good a path to the Super Bowl as could be hoped. Not having Gronk hurts, and one of Mitchell and Amendola back will be helpful, but it's hard not to feel good about the Pats' chances.

This is fucking cruel. Wait 14 years for a winner then this shit.
There's little to console you and your Raider Nation brethren about this ... other than to say it looks as though you're at the start of a terrific run.

Yeah, though if Kansas City blows it, the road gets much harder. I can't believe that the Patriots road comes down to the freaking Chargers trying to win a meaningless game.
