It was pretty damned ugly and I'm nowhere near sure that was done on purpose.
It could have easily gone out near the 30 but took a good bounce.

Fox only has the ability to switch out of one predetermined game in each time slot, probably NO-CAR. So the answer is likely "no."

Yeah, in that article by Klis he said Miller is getting tests on his knee tomorrow.  Dr. David Chao(@ProFootballDoc) also said he fears a torn ACL after seeing it.

I didn't see it, but if Chao thinks it's an ACL, he's probably fine - that guy is AWFUL.

On a serious note, multiple people have said that's what it looks like, so I wouldn't be surprised.
