Al Michaels: "It's never actually do or die until you're dead."

Well no. If you're already dead, it's no longer do or die.

"It's never do or die until death is on the line" would have been better. That's why I don't trust Sicilians. (Where's my Princess Bride GIF?)

Refs on fire thus far. Ticky tack personal foul, when Miami was the one who started it. And then a missed call.

Less than 4 minutes have passed.

fucking idiot. At least Saleh pulled him. Too little too late with disciplineS team has been a dumb penalty juggernaut all year.
I know we're not supposed to root for injures because we're special people and enlightened people who know better than the idiot rabble.

That said, I wouldn't cry if Hill got hurt.

The pregame bit about Hill going for the receiving yardage record---BLECH.

Then he talks about playing through pain cuz his hand hurts and all I think about "was that the hand he hits his kid with?"

Fuck that guy.

Hill is like Lebron. After every play he's limping around, wincing.

And then 30 seconds later, he's running a 4.15 forty into the end zone.

Hill is like Marcus Smart. Looks like he takes a serious injury every game and eventually comes back in the game like nothing happened.

I fucking hate Hill. I don’t wish injuries and/or death on many athletes, but he is one I will make an exception for.

Friday NFL feels as weird and off-putting as I’d expected.
Of course I’m watching anyway, patiently waiting for a meaningful fourth quarter.

Feels like you might want to just take the points when the opposing QB is Tim Boyle. Although I suppose putting Tim Boyle on the 4 is a reason to GFI.

Not sure what is more surprising. Throwing a fade on fourth and short to the 5’ 10” guy, or the fact that they should have converted it.

I thought the opposite, Jets are going to go 97 yards?

Can someone explain why when an OL turns around or does a hand gesture it's fine but if a WR does anything it's a false start? What if an OL turns around and the DL reacts and comes across?

Look, I'm no Nostradamus, but this is going to be a Miami win. There is no other possible outcome.
