Offensive rebounding is more like pass coverage or defensive shifts at times than warriors goon at it. Seems to me the Nets have a pattern, (wings get to the elbow) and they got a lot there. When they forced the NEts into more 2s the Cs did an incredible bob rebounding late in the traffic. PP in particular was really boxing out well down low.
BRK was middle of the pack in the regular season with 10.4 offensive rebounds per game. They only had 9 this game, which seems low for it did seem like they were getting an awful lot.
Crazy how close, statistically these teams were last game.
BOS 14 turnovers. BRK 14 turnovers.
BOS 31 free throws, 81%. BRK 34 free throws, 79%
BOS 7 steals. BRK 8 steals.
BOS 75 field goals attempted. BRK 76 field goals attempted.
BOS only shot 35% on threes, while BRK shot 48%!!! BOS did take 10 more threes though.
