I actually want to take my son to the 11/5 game but need a pair.cshea said:If anyone is interested in the Seguin or Timmy games on 11/5 and 11/7, my ticket is available. $32 (I think, I'll double check). Dummy Hoy said:It is pretty cool to see the game from ice level- it's the only way to truly appreciate just how big/strong/fast/talented these guys are. Sucks to try to watch a whole game from there though, as even 'un-obstructed' seats leave you unable to view 1-2 corners.
It's a great experience, but not one I'd shell out big $$ for.
AMcGhie said:My BU seats are below glass-level, but above head-level in a corner. I can see everything pretty clearly other than the corner of the ice on the same side of the ice near the opposite goal. Its nice because I'm not really blocked by anything, I get to see things from a pretty direct level. I'd recommend that, or glass seats from blue-line out if you want to get really close. I'd try for glass seats behind the goalies if they weren't student-only (unless alumni can get in there, in which case I'll find a way).
Thankfully I did not. BU screwed the half-season package holders by excluding all BC games from all half-season packages and only including them in the full-season package this year. BU is good, but not great, while BC has continued their almost decade-long run of great teams. This team has really great freshman/sophomore talent, and honestly the second Noonan graduates, this team will immediately take one less dumb penalty a game on average.FelixMantilla said:
I hope you had a good view of the beatdown given by BC on Friday night. :rolling:

There are feelers out there with some others already who would have first claim (yeah, we're cheating on you) but as far as I know they're still available.

Quick math on mine. Seats went from 90ish - 110ish. I haven't received the package yet. Just basing on the invoice total.
The benefits are always shit, but I haven't opened the package yet. Guessing nothing worthwhile. I was prepared for 20% or so. 41% is steep, not sure I can do it. Oh well. Lockout tax is more expensive than the "we won the cup" tax apparently. The Napkin said:that's crazy chsea. Are they at least going to buy you dinner first?
Where are your seats that went up 41%, if you don't mind me asking?cshea said:The benefits are always shit, but I haven't opened the package yet. Guessing nothing worthwhile. On another note, I'm looking for an extra pair to Saturday's game against the Caps. Scrounging the exchange, but if anyone knows or has a pair I may be interested.
