Boston Bruins defenseman Dennis Seidenberg gave the strongest indication yet there is indeed a chance he could play in these Stanley Cup playoffs, telling the Boston Globe he is not only “feeling better,” but that he could “probably play right now.”

I wonder how far off is he though?  Obviously he's not playing so timing and rust will be an issue.  As for conditioning there have been reports for weeks that he has been seen working out like an animal in secret.

He was working on one-on-one battle drills in the corner, along with forward Jordan Caron and Andrej Meszaros. 

It’s the first time Seidenberg has been cleared for contact since he had surgery on Jan. 7 to repair torn ACL and MCL in his right knee. He’s been skating for more than a month now, but he remains cautious because his knee is not completely healed
