Brutal loss as it was - the Bruins were 30 seconds and some bad reffing away from beating the best team in the league. Yes - it was brutal - but it was also pretty encouraging.

Not to be a dick, but it's too late in the season for just "encouraging." If it was December I'd happily agree with you. They're tied with Ottawa in points for the last spot but Ottawa has two games in hand. The only thing that matters at this point is results and getting 2 points from every game, and we all know that. Last night they kicked away a chance at getting 2 points, and that's a real bitch.

Did the puck bounce on the ice and then over Tuukka's pad? If he doesn't get bumped off balance the puck likely hits his pad.
It won't change anything, but fwiw, Julien did rip the refs after the game for the goalie interference.
Its hard to tell, but it does look like the puck ever so slightly changes direction after going by Tuukka so I think he may have caught a piece of it... If he doesn't get spun there's a good chance he saves it.
I've said my piece on Campbell/4th line. I'm a Julien defender but his 4th line close-and-late usage last night was completely indefensible.
