NFL to limit underclassmen evaluations

Concerned about the record 107 underclassmen who applied for this year's draft, and with 37 of them not selected, the league's College Advisory Committee developed new guidelines for players considering forfeiting their final years of eligibility.

 
I think this is a great move by the NFL. Too many underclassmen are drafted late or go completely undrafted.

I would argue that the problem isn't the number of underclassmen declaring for the draft, but the fact that the NCAA will bar them from returning to college.
