And they did it without Julio on the field on third and 11 or in the red zone I believe.

I hate when they kick the ball through the EZ from the 50. Pop the ball up at the 1-5 and get on top of the return unit. Could easily buy 10-15 yards of field postion.

Atlanta may have great offense, but defense gave up a shit ton of points.

Wearing a kevlar vest. Seriously.
Yup, reports said he ordered a military grade kevlar vest. Still impressive to see him out there though. I'm curious to see how he looks in the 2nd half when the adrenaline and, cough cortisone cough, starts wearing off.

Someone mentioned upthread that while the ATL defense isn't good, it has some playmakers and that they just need a few sacks or a turnover at key times to win this game. Looking pretty smart right about now.

I cracked two ribs a few years ago playing football, and I tried to come back after SIX WEEKS, and the first time I got hit I was afraid that I was going to die it hurt so bad. I could hardly move for two days.

I think it's a little unfair to say they aren't good. Their offense was so good all year that other teams were forced to throw early, go into hurry ups, etc. They spent a lot of time in "bend don't break" type of defenses, and gave up a ton of yards because of it. They also played all their home games, and a bunch of others on the superspeedway tracks of dome stadiums. They have some very, very good players and playmakers, including the leading sacker in the NFL, Vic Beasley Jr. I think they are going to give Rodgers fits today and by the time he figures them out, they could be out of reach.

Rodgers is going to have to be damn near perfect the rest of the way, then hope one of these drops turns into a pick or something.

If we get through, GB looks like the team I'd want to play.
I've been saying that for a couple of weeks, but people kept saying they didn't want to face Aaron Rodgers. Never understood that when he can't play defense. Their defense is hilariously bad.
