MLB Network will televise more Spring Training games than ever before as its schedule of more than 200 games begins on Wednesday, February 26 and continues with at least one live game televised each day through March 29. MLB Network will provide the most comprehensive look at all 30 clubs during Spring Training, featuring live matchups of every team including the Seattle Mariners at Los Angeles Dodgers on March 8, National League champion St. Louis Cardinals at Washington Nationals on March 9, World Series champion Boston Red Sox against the Tampa Bay Rays on March 10, and Detroit Tigers at New York Yankees on March 12. Attached is the complete list of MLB Network's 2014 Spring Training games schedule.

I don't think you can get Spring Training games via PS3. Very lame.
