Bad news for Bills -- Kiko Alonso was injured working out. Here's a statement from GM Doug Whaley: "We have learned tonight that Kiko Alonso injured his knee while working out in Oregon. We do not have the details at this point, but early indications are that it may be significant."

Tom Brady in 2008 obviously!  I remember when that seemed like a bad dream.  Oh wait...
 
Seriously, as I was told by a physical therapist that little 'pull the bottom of the leg and see what the knee joint does' like instantly tells them if the ACL is attached with like 99% accuracy and that MRI a few days later is just a formality.  I guess the only thing it wouldnt catch is an ACL that is hanging on by a thread but has been torn beyond repair and still needs the surgery.
