Except these days all that having TJS earlier means is that you can wear out the new ligament and get a second one.

I really don't see a problem with his delivery at all. Some of the reports actually think it's good for him because it's so flexible. He doesn't seem to be putting undue pressure on his joints or ligaments. Unorthodox doesn't always mean bad.
