The NYI visit the TDG tonight to play the Bs in the final game of McAvoy's suspension.

In the barn tonight with T4W jr.!
Nice! My son comes home from college for Thanksgiving the end of next week and I wanted to take him, but the schedule just doesn't work out for us. Need to look ahead to the December holiday break . . .

Game starts at 9am here and we have the day off. It’s going to be brunch with the Bruins and enough mimosas that the rest of the day is unproductive.
Ah, I guessed Singapore before checking your bio. Close (longitudinally).

I’d love to live in Singapore. But we’re having fun here and we got the Islanders on Friday morning and the Canadiens on Sunday morning.

Singapore is an hour behind us but since the US is still shifting time for no reason twice a year, it’s hard to keep up when games start around the world.

Nothing like early morning hockey. :)

I’d love to visit Korea more so than Singapore, I would say (though Singapore would be great), but traveling to either would be nearly unbearable for me. I hate flights more than a few hours.

Singapore is awesome. This is our second time living in Korea. I can’t do these ultra long flights without lay flat seats. If my seat turns into a bed, I’m good. We were here a month before having to fly to Boston for my sister’s wedding. We got the lay flat seats. Fly first class. Never go back.

I flew BOS to SFO once in a seat that turned into a semi-private bed. It was fantastic. I shudder to think what it would cost to fly first class round-trip to Singapore from east coast USA. Ten grand?

I just flew non-stop Boston to Honolulu (11 hours there 9:30 coming back)and it was like $3,000-5,000 for a first class seat/lounger.

We just spent the extra $200 on extra comfort which is like 6 more inches. The payoff of being in Hawaii makes it worth it but it's a miserable flight. I was in the 2nd row and the jackass in front of me, who already had no seats and a ton of leg room in front of him, reclined his seat for about 9 of the 11 hours. It is a miracle I didn't become one of those hostile passengers on a plan viral videos.

One day the airlines are going to have recline and no-recline seats and make you pay extra to sit behind a no-recline seat, I just know it.

A few years back, I took a bus from central NH to an airport in NYC and flew non-stop to Shanghai and then caught a flight from there to Beijing. I was up for about 39 hours. On the return (about which I recall little as I was ill), the aircraft had seats that folded down to beds.

Forbort is an immediate upgrade to this lineup and it's good that he's back.

I definitely guilty of leading the anti-Forbort brigade when the team is at full strength and they play him over Grzelyck in the playoffs, but he is 10000% better than Wotherspoon, Mitchell and in probably 3 games into his career Lohrei.

They activated Lauko and IR'd Geekie. I think Lauko might play, despite them saying no yesterday? There's no cap or roster ramifications here, don't really see the need to do it prior to tonight if he wasn't going to play. The only reason to make the move now as opposed to prior to Saturday's game is so Lauko can play tonight. Unless I'm missing something, which is entirely possible.

Every time we play the NYI all I can think of is Barzal vs DeBrusk. So please Jake, score and score again!

A bit wordy in the booth but the shot of Lucic's ear to ear smile after the goal made it worth it

Yeah, he is going to be buried in the bench if this is close in the 3rd. Just a rough one for him tonight.

I’m really annoyed I’m getting Houston based commercials and I don’t know why because I’m watching the NESN feed through Hulu and I’m not using a Texas based VPN. I was really happy to leave that state and I don’t want to see their shitty commercials.
