Something was screwed up there, whether by Rafaela or Grissom.
They botched communication on a bad throw from first base after a leadoff walk scored.
Stellar work all around that ended with another near-collision between O'Neill and Raffy.

Yeah but the guys who failed the most tonight were the guys who aren't hurt and are supposed to be the big run producers.
Tyler is a nice story but he will probably go the way of Duvall.

Raffy is who he is, he's going to have nights of crap plate discipline.

This lineup needs Casas badly, still can't believe that injury.

Devers can be frustrating. He looks like he should be a 40 HR, 6-7 WAR type that can carry an offense but I don’t think he will be ever be in that top tier.

Guess it’s all hindsight and you never love to start both catchers, but the way he’s been hitting, seems like Wong would have been a better option than Cooper.

Nothing official as of now. But Nick Pivetta and Romy Gonzalez will be added to the roster tomorrow with Naoyuri Uwasawa headed back to Triple A. Another position player will be dropped, as well. Also Rob Refsnyder is day-to-day but doesn't appear to be an IL situation.

Well I would‘ve preferred that we won this game, especially considering the ample opportunities we had to do so, I came into this series with the idea that I’d be happy with a split and that’s still on the table. And if I had to choose which game to win, I’d pick the second so that we can avoid any tired ideas of Chris Sale taking “revenge” or getting “payback”.
