The 1983-84 Oilers were shut out once. 11-0 by the Whalers*. Won the Cup.
The 1984-85 Oilers were not shut out. Won the Cup.
The 1985-86 Oilers were shut out twice.
The 1986-87 Oilers were not shut out.  Won the Cup.
The 1987-88 Oilers were shut out twice. Won the Cup.
The 1988-89 Oilers were shut out twice.
The 1989-90 Oilers were shut out once. By the Bruins in the seventh game of the season. Won the Cup.

That's an absolute suspension. Left his feet and elbow/forearm right into Kucherov's head. Kucherov didn't duck or anything, his head was at the same level and Kronwall leapt right into it.
