3 goals in 5 minutes to get back within 1.   If MAF gives up another one, I don't think he makes it back to Pittsburgh for game 7.

Kudos to the CBJ crowd. They've been good all night, without any noise makers handed out at the door. No matter what happens here, they've got some real solid building blocks for that team and market.

And they all stuck around.

He just nailed MAF in the head with his stick.

Sure looked like it, and MAF hit the ice like a ton of bricks afterward. Must've been a mirage.

Those are some dedicated fans they have there in Columbus.  I figured half of them would be at the bar by the time the third period started.
They're rewarded for sticking around that's for sure.

Nearly had a golden chance off that last faceoff. Great surge And heart from CBJ.

It looked like maybe CBJ didn't get a change or something? They were gassed at the end.

Oh well, if the B's survive Montreal I see no reason to fear this Pittsburgh team.

Bummer. Nothing for Columbus to hang their heads on. They've got a nice young nucleus with guys like Johansen, Jenner, Murray, etc. They're on the right track and they certainly took a step forward this year.

Absolutely. Hopefully this helped solidify some of the fanbase there too. Seems like the area is begging for a team in contention and certainly got behind this team.

I think I'd rather face Pittsburgh than Columbus.  That's no joke.

Unless Philadelphia or the Rangers get lost on their way to the arena four times the Penguins aren't getting out of the second round

I know it's en vogue to crush Fleury but goal one was a friendly-fire screen, goal two was a deflection by an unguarded guy, goal three was a deflection by an unguarded guy.  Not sure any of them are on him; those are team defensive issues that the Penguins have in spades, especially with Sutter and Vitale in the dressing room.

Boyle just got leveled, probably should have been interference, but I enjoyed it.

Good positioning by Mason, but Pouliot really just ripped that directly into his glove. That takes talent.
