Who gives a flying fuck if Bautista pimped his homer?  He just hit the second biggest homer in franchise history.  That was incredible theatre.  Grow up, asshats.  These fans are fired up, screaming, going bananas.  This is awesome.
Joe Carter says hi.

You did say second. Sorry.

I refuse to believe this game ends without the Rangers making it interesting. I need some more crazy shit to happen because I missed most of the fireworks.

So happy for all of those knowledgeable, long suffering, die hard baseball fans in Toronto.

Specifically the one who drilled the infant with a beer can earlier.

Too bad the Nationals didn't make the playoffs, they could wear Expo throwback uniforms and make it an all Canadian World Series.

On the infield fly non call, I guess it's kinda sorta moot because the runners can advance at their own risk, right?
Odor never camped under the ball, he was backpedaling the whole way. I dont think it was an infield fly.

Yeah, but I have to think they retreat if it's called.

I do think the non call was correct though. Odor never looked comfortable while the ball was in the air. It has to be routine.

What's else can happen in this game? HBP sparks a riot, small mammal interfering with an outfielder, shame the roof is closed as I could just see a base-jumper coming in off the tower.

The umpires have to assume it's a reasonable ball to catch, and Odor unfortunately proved it wasn't.  Back pedaling instead of turning to get under it.

Sanchez just sat down for an HOUR and he's back in the game?

Gibbons is just dying to give this back

The 53 minutes was both halves of the inning, but yeah, he sat a while.

Didn't he tap Tulo on the ass first?
Yep. Still Dyson shoulda just put his head down and went  to his own dugout. Things are a little sensitive right now...like a pregnant woman. Gotta be careful about what you say or do.

He was back peddling well into the outfield.  That wasn't an infield fly

That slide into home was gigantic; if the catcher completes the double play there, the tying run doesn't score on a fielders choice, it's the third out of the inning.

Well the way that inning went, it was about the sixth out.
