Bad calls, some. Injuries, yeah. Heart, got it. We got P'town D, and college studs. Tie it up and stop the silliness

You're just saying that because they traded Zibanejad.FL4twaa. Like Fatwah.
I love it, and I'll allow it. I join you in issuing a FL4twaa against the corrupt hockey Wahhabism of Guy al Boucher, Erik bin Karl, and Dion al Cuck.
InshallBergeron the Bruins hold home ice on Wednesday
"... WHYYYYYYY?!"You're just saying that because they traded Zibanejad.
and Carlo as well. Here's to hoping McQuaid and/or Colin Miller are back for this one.
lololololololThat statistic is fucking absurd. I'm glad they don't embellish, but that's just insane.
You think the Bruins embellish to a degree even remotely on par with some other teams around the league?lolololololol
40's a bitch.I can't speak for the comparison stuff, but Chara went down pretty damn easily last night.
Both teams will be back.I really don't want this to be the last game of the spring season in TD Garden.
I thought they played a lot better with Pasta on Krejci's line and Backes on the Bergeron line. Good to see that seems to be the plan tonight.IIRC, Pasta started on the Bergy line in G3, but then was paired with Krejci after a few shifts, and certainly by the 2nd period. Personally, I liked Pasta on the Bergy line and Backes seems like the kind of player that DK does well with. I'll be interested to see how this plays out. Also, I'd be irrationally excited if C. Miller could supplant Cross tonight.
Confirmation from Cassidy on Miller.Colin Miller says he's ready to go. I assume he goes in for Cross.

Cassidy says that the expectation is for Colin Miller to be back in, paired with Liles. Cross out.
I just think that a lot of us have the opinion he hasn't played goodly either.Am I alone in thinking that Liles hasn't played all that badly?
When you have others like Tommy Cross to compare him to then maybe. He still should be sitting on the 9th floor if we had everybody else.Am I alone in thinking that Liles hasn't played all that badly?
He's been very blah IMO. Which is what the Bruins essentially need but I think his minutes are also getting fairly sheltered at this point.I just think that a lot of us have the opinion he hasn't played goodly either.
I didn't watch as closely during Game 3 but his gap control in Game 2 was absolutely horrendous on several occasions, so I imagine the defensive part of his game leaves a lot to be desired.Liles is pretty meh. Not much happens when he is on the ice. In the regular season he was above 50% in CF, GF, SF, etc which is fine for a bottom pairing defenceman. I haven't really had a problem with Liles. He's just kind of there.
I did find it interesting in game 3 that Cassidy's bench shortening included benching the Liles/Cross pairing when possible and resulted in Morrow playing like 10 minutes more than Liles. Morrow went from not playing for almost 3 months to a heavy top 4 role, leapfrogging Liles. I've always thought eye-test wise Morrow looked good. He's mobile, skates well, can make a good first pass and join in the rush. The team has really buried him though. We'll see what sort of TOI distribution happens tonight with Miller back.
WHile we are making requests, I'd love it if someone tuned up Bobby Ryan too.Someone needs to fucking plant Karlsson tonight. The announcers make him sound like the second coming of Bobby Orr. Dude is good but he's no McAvoy.
I'd sacrifice McQuaid to see this happen.WHile we are making requests, I'd love it if someone tuned up Bobby Ryan too.
I was surprised when I saw that he played twice as much as Liles. But Cassidy obviously saw something, at least as between those two.Morrow's looked like he's spooked out there...I agree his physical skills are very good, but he's been pretty shaky IMO. Not playing with confidence, which I guess is understandable.
He's been utterly on his heels when facing the oncoming rush - giving the attackers so much room to play with and allowing them into prime shooting areas with no objection. Shows flashes of fluid skating but overall he's been quite scary.I was surprised when I saw that he played twice as much as Liles. But Cassidy obviously saw something, at least as between those two.
One thing I heard several times.....from the NESN studio people and the NBC studio and broadcast crowd was that Morrow had, in the past, played pretty well upon getting back into the lineup, and then start to suck thereafter. Is that really conventional wisdom? I never thought he looked all that great to begin with (even though I thought he played better than I thought he would Monday).
As long as it's not a breakaway, I can live with that.I still get Paille flashbacks whenever I see 20 out there.
