18 goals in 40 games this year in Providence, which still leads the team.Is it just me, or does Cehlarik have a really weak shot? His last two chances have been positively Paille-esque.

He hasn't shown it so far but it's supposed to be one of his strengthsIs it just me, or does Cehlarik have a really weak shot? His last two chances have been positively Paille-esque.
my thoughts exactlySo we can spend 5 minutes reviewing a goal but not 10 seconds telling us why play was stopped?

Wtf happened to McQuaid
Almost had a his throat slit. Yikes.
It's a pretty safe bet. I doubt Cassidy told him to work out like an MMA fighter and get hurt instead of working on his hockey skill. So I guess it probably wasn't Cassidy's fault that Jared Knight didn't pan out.
A lot of people can say what they want about McQuaid, and I can't say that I enjoy watching him attempt to play defense all the time, but god damn he is a tough son of a bitch.

"They didn't blow the whistle, and [play] was still going on in an obviously important part of the game. I was pretty helpless without my stick, but I was just trying to be a body getting in the way."
"I don't think many guys saw it on the ice," added McQuaid, whose stitches resemble a zipper running halfway across the right side of his neck. "Once I got to the bench, Colin Miller at first was like, 'Oh, you're OK.' Then, 'No, actually, you're cut. You might want to have it looked at.' "
