Rangers @ Orioles
Twins @ Astros

D-backs @ Dodgers
Phillies @ Braves

-This is a AL year for FOX/FS1, and NL year for TBS.
-All game 1s are on Saturday, then staggering will start on Sunday, with only ALDS games that day, then only NLDS on Monday, etc.
-I see TEX @ BAL game 1 is already set for 1pm on Saturday. Rest of schedule could be out shortly.

I think that Rangers vs Orioles series is quietly the most intriguing one for me.

Maybe now that the Twins have broken the curse (sorry), they can slay the evil dragon.

None of the series has more fun players than D-Backs vs Dodgers, I don't think.

Phillies vs Braves is going to be a bloodbath.

It's going to be a really, really fun couple of weeks.

I think Texas very well might be Baltimore, I'll say in 5

Houston over Minnesota in 4

LA over Arizona in 4

Atlanta over Philly in 5

I’m pulling for Texas, but think it’ll be O’s in 5.

Houston in 5

Snakes in 3

Atlanta in 4

Looking at those teams, I find that I have no preferences, except that I prefer that MIN not be humiliated. I expect a WS of Astros v. Braves, just from what I have seen of the two clubs, but I would prefer that the Astros lose out sooner rather than later.

For you cord cutters out there (and subscribe to MAX), you can watch the games this postseason on TBS for free. Max is offering its new sports outlet for free from October 7 to February 29. Looks like they are trying to maybe compete with ESPN, but who cares. After the interim period, it will be 9.99 a month.

Rooting for Texas-LA WS, mostly for Mookie and Eo.

If we somehow get a MIN-PHI WS, then I'll be rooting for a blizzard.

I guess rooting for ATL and BAL because I want the regular season to mean something.

The Astros or Dodgers.have been in every World Series since 2016. Time for some new teams. Rangers fans have suffered the longest of the remaining fan bases. I’m rooting for them.

The Rangers have never won the WS but they did go to the WS in back to back years 12 years ago. Last time the Orioles were in the WS was 1983 (which they won)

This usually works out badly for me, but here's my order of rooting preference for the rest of the teams:
1. Minnesota
2. Philadelphia
3. & 4. Dodgers and Braves (virtual tie)
5. Texas
6. Baltimore
7. Arizona
(significant gap)
8. Houston

These guys have been talking for 2 1/2 hours. You’d think they could show the opening ceremony.
They were running out of stuff to talk about. Big Papi is not good at killing time. He just rambles. Hard to watch these guys.

Fox swapped out the big hurt Frank Thomas for Derek Jeter on their pre-game post-game panel? Still have Papi and ARod.
Jetes must be making some big bucks (like he needs it) to have to put up with A-Rod and Papi.

I see the O's are wearing the Brooks Robinson #5 patch on their sleeves.
