Mahomes doesn't need any extra help.Come on that is a horrible PI call in the endzone.
The game was over, as well, so no reason to make that call when the ball was under-thrown to boot.Mahomes doesn't need any extra help.
He’s fine, he had no time tonightDeshaun Watson's days as a starting NFL QB are coming to an end.
His footwork, decision making and overall feel for the game have been atrocious. And that's not anything new. He’s fine, he had no time tonight
His footwork, decision making and overall feel for the game have been atrocious. And that's not anything new.
When you don't see Mathieu lined up on the LOS on your strong side and he proceeds to blitz in your face and you toss a terrible back foot INT that's on you.Almost every qb makes bad decisions when they have a defensive player in their lap when they get the snap.
Man, this is really a fucking take. His footwork, decision making and overall feel for the game have been atrocious. And that's not anything new.
So you are saying it was never about the flag?
I suppose it is if you didn't watch the game.Man, this is really a fucking take.
100.5 career QB rating. He's 24-13 in his career.I suppose it is if you didn't watch the game.
Gotta agree. Watson seemed to be all about the "jump pass" throughout the game, even when it seemed unnecessary, leading to worse throws and tougher receptions, many of which went incomplete. I don't remember him ever being this jump happy before - it was really weird.I suppose it is if you didn't watch the game.
He was atrocious last night, which was the quote. His career stats aren't a rebuttal to that post. Did you watch?100.5 career QB rating. He's 24-13 in his career.
He's made the playoffs both his seasons.(not including the season he was injured in Week 7) He's won a playoff game. He's got over 1200 yards rushing and 15 TDs in 38 games. He's a few days shy of his 25th birthday.
You called him atrocious.
Seriously wtf was he doing. It was like he was taking something people have given Mahomes props for and he tried to to one up him. So bad.Gotta agree. Watson seemed to be all about the "jump pass" throughout the game, even when it seemed unnecessary, leading to worse throws and tougher receptions, many of which went incomplete. I don't remember him ever being this jump happy before - it was really weird.
I did watch, he was under pressure all game. It was not a great performance but his line gave him very little chance. He was atrocious last night, which was the quote. His career stats aren't a rebuttal to that post. Did you watch?
MJD/Rice comps look pretty on-point. Has that low center of gravity/bowling ball component. Not overpowering but real tough to bring down nonetheless.Watson was under pressure all night. Howard is a fucking turnstile at RT. Seriously he should start charging people $1.00 per pass-through fare and he would be rich by the end of the game.
What I wish I knew was if the receivers were open much last night. It seemed like Watson was either under pressure or lost faith in his guys getting open by the 3rd quarter. You could see him clearly frustrated. I will see if gamepass loaded and review.
I know this is a Patriots board but damn if CEH isn't just a treat to watch. He has his warts: power isn't his game, his pass pro is weak, he has a small catch radius, he is a bit undersized at around 210 pounds, and he doesn't have top end speed. Minus the pass pro issues and his effectiveness punching the ball in... who cares? His elusiveness, vision, decision-making, and burst are all elite. You don't have to break tackles if they can't touch you. You need a guy who can dominate in a majority zone scheme? He's your guy. I know it is unlikely that all 7 of these guys hit but I wouldn't be surprised if JK Dobbins, CEH, Zack Moss, Jonathan Taylor, AJ Dillon, Cam Akers, and Swift all had successful careers in the NFL. This was a great RB class - and those are just the most likely starters or #1 in the committee backs. There were also multiple down the depth chart committee backs of various types like receiving and/or scat backs and power backs.
Get back to you all on the Houston receivers ASAP.
I believe SiriusXM does stream them but I'm not sure if you have a sub. There might be a thread for this, but does anyone know where to stream live audio for NFL games this year? I used to be able to stream games from TuneIn but they must have changed their license agreements because now they only have game replays.
