I remember when Brady set the record for wins against the Rams in 2016 FOX covered it with a quick graphic for 3 seconds during a kneeldown.ESPN would never cover a Brady record like this, with all the graphics and theatrics.

You hatez the Patriots!!!The Patriots and Brady get a lot of accolades. Once Brees gets this record there is a decent chance barring injury that it will stand for a very long time. Given the dome effect and the age difference Brady may temporarily catch him but this actually is a big deal.
But he worked on it all day‘5-4-0 in the 5-0-4’
Wow that’s lame, Tess.
At this rate, Brees is going to blow Brady away and never look back.Chronicling Brees’ pursuit of the Manning TD record is a bit overhyped at this stage given how close he and Brady are and will likely continue to be.
Almost certainly will see a mid game ceremony if he passes Manning, of course.
And how could I forget to note that Brady has 611 career TD passes to Manning’s 579 and Brees’ 570, if you include playoff games. Regular season only stats are stupid.
