It was clearly shoulder to shoulder and he was a runner so there would never be a flag even if it was to the head. That was just a good clean football hit. I get that it might have looked icky but a flag there would have been absurd. Smith could have slide or stepped out of bounds if he didn’t want to get hit.
Buffalo's offense has allowed more TD in the last two games (3) than its defense has allowed (2).
Detroit keeps running Golladay out of the slot. Was that really the plan after trading Tate? Smh.
That's a pretty glass-half-empty way of looking at it. How about: "Hey, the defense is so good they've allowed fewer TD than the offense!"
Someone want to tell me why Miami would take a time out before Jets kick a FG when they are going to receive a kickoff with 20 seconds on the clock?

Given all the time, they should have gone to an ad so we at least could have learned more about some fine product.
Clock was stopped at 9 seconds. He snapped the ball and spiked it. While he spiked it the clock went from 9 to 8.
But apparently you can’t spike the ball when the clock is stopped before the snap. I didn’t know that.
OK, so after failing on the first 2-pt attempt, the Browns try yet again for a 2-pt attempt and fail at that. I don''t get it. The first one, yes, but the risk/reward for the 2nd one seems totally off to try it. Now they're down by 6 whereas they could have been down by 5 with an extra point.
Maybe trying to trick Stafford into throwing it to him. Stafford sniffed it out though only 1 target. He'd rather throw to a garbage TE, or hold it for 12 seconds and take a sack.
I hope the Rams at Saints game is good. All of these early games suck. Jets Phins is close but the quality of play sucks, right?
My favorite play is when he called Alert for the blitz. Then proceeded to pump fake and get sacked because he took forever
I doubt it. He’s considered an upper echelon NFL coach. Super Bowl win in 2013. Who could they get that’s better?
And then when they whiff on the sack they can’t connect on a big play.
