Ty Montgomery was specifically told not to run out the kickoff if it was in the end zone.

How can you keep a guy like that on your team after what happened? He's not that good.

This is unreal to me. If Patterson did what Montgomery did, this whole place would burn to the ground. And he's the best returner in the game. I don't see how you can trust Montgomery going forward. Even if he didn't fumble, he was going to cost his team 5 yards and valuable time by returning the kickoff.

His contract is easily cuttable. It would be pink slip time if I were McCarthy.

Absolutely. It was unforgivable. Taking the ball out of Rodgers' hands is a sporting disaster. And I have no horse in this race, for fantasy or gambling purposes and I'm neither a Rams fan nor a Packer fan. I'm a sporting fan and what Montgomery did should spell the end of his time in GB.

If Patterson did do that, this place would definitely burn to the ground and rightfully so. I'm pretty sure Sons of Edgar Bennett did burn to the ground yesterday.
