Sounds like it is a rich deal for Josh Sitton too. 3-yr deal for new #Bears LG could approach $7 million per season.

CJ Spiller got cut by New Orleans today.
Bit surprising since they paid his base and roster bonuses already. Also he'd been getting some talk as finally looking better after that knee injury (though that could have been an attempt to give him trade value).
Still, I'd expect someone to give him a spin maybe the Bills?

I've always felt he wasn't used properly. I thought the Saints would be a team that could get something out of him.

I can think of another team that is really good at using players in situational roles, if he's really healthy, I'd love to see us take a flyer on him.

Chiefs waived 2016 3rd round pick KeiVarae Russell. He was inactive for last week's game. I guess the hope is he's played so bad they can stash him on the practice squad? Or Andy Reid caught him slinging heroin to kids/dismembering hookers/eating from the coach's fridge?

The Chiefs said it was a football decision, but the last player drafted that high cut this early I can remember is Maurice Clarett. Interesting
