I didn’t think so either, but on replay that heel goes like 2 mm over the boundary at the 34.5 yard line.
We don’t want defenders putting their faces in the way of the stiff arm, either from a safety standpoint or a watchability standpoint.
That was about as far from clean and obvious as you can get. It was literally right on the sideline. Maybe a blade of grass on one side or another, but probably not even that.
Doesn’t a MNF game still get the ratings of an MLB latter round playoff game?
Not an approach that builds faith in your kicker if you're hedging so much against a miss.

Sprained ankle, per ESPN just now. He was earlier reported to be headed to the x-ray room, so it sounds like those were negative.
Their kicker has more than enough self-confidence to handle it. He's the kid who trotted out in his first AFC Championship Game to attempt the GW kick and told his holder, "We're going to the Super Bowl."
You can knock those decisions all you want, but any coach worth his salary would have done the same thing.
If that's true and it somehow winds up not being a season-ender, that would be a blessing for him, the Jags, and the NFL.

This was ll over Twitter and other social media last night. They certainly had fun with it. But in all seriousness, do the Jags really not have a cart?
Apparently Trevor declined the cart. At the 40 minute mark of his very slow, ginger limp to the locker room, he probably regretted that decision.
They should have taken this decision out of his hands given they he was delirious with pain and jacked up adrenaline, but alas. I thought the cop on one shoulder was the funniest part.
