Super Bowl coverage over the next two weeks

I don't know. Speaking for myself, I love Super Bowl weeks when my team is playing.

For two weeks both teams will get treated to glowing media pieces and hyper detailed X and O breakdowns. The whole country will be talking about our teams for two weeks, celebrating them and their players. And then to top it off they'll get to play in the single biggest sporting event in America.

This is awesome, and I'm going to enjoy every minute of it.

These posts in the pre-game thread made me think it would be great to have a single thread here about the coverage.  Ideally, people could make notifications about interesting upcoming features on NFLN, ESPN or elsewhere so that others would know to watch (or set DVR).  But it could aslo be a place to comment on those pieces -- a pre-game coverage game thread if you will.
 
It would also be great for people to link interesting articles from the Interwebs, be that SOSHCentral, Boston media, Seattle media, or national outlets.

The first week is the worst b/c there is nothing happening and no news. But the week before the Super Bowl is going to be awesome to follow. This is a phenomenal matchup and I am going to gobble up all the hype. I want Brady to win this one. Badly.

If people hear or see good analysis, I hope they point out where we can catch up. If Aaron Schatz is on the local radio station in Albuquerque and they post audio clips as a podcast or whatever, I'd love to know. Likewise if it's on TV and then posted to YouTube.

Well it took about 8 hours for me to go from excited about Super Bowl coverage to ignoring almost all of it.

Do they edit these at all? I taped the game but if it was pared down to two hours or so I'd much prefer watching that.

Yes, they cut out much of the between play material.
