it feels like a playoff whistle

I'd rather have Boston prepare for it now
I don't disagree.. but it still sucks. Just feels like it's going to make for a long playoffs with a lot of games where nobody knows what's a foul and what isn't.. while the team that is used to hacking the crap out of other teams (Miami) just play the way they play. In short, I blame Pat Reilly. ;)

no doubt the whistle is inconsistent & its tough to watch Tatum get hacked with no call

BUT it's all high-end preseason at this point, just use it as intense practice

trust the players will be locked-in by the playoffs and play through shitty Refs

Locked in the defensive intensity on the road against a playoff team with a lot to play for. Preyed on mismatches and not overly dependent on Tatum and Brown. That was fantastic and almost completely erased the bad taste from the Atlanta games.

Just two road games left.
