Always sucks to lose good talent. 
 
Question: How much credit do scouts still get for "finding" a player? Sure, late round guys from unorthodox places. But I feel like with all the hype machines and showcases, etc, these guys aren't traveling dusty roads to discover the secret first round pick that nobody else knows about, anymore. 

Yes. I imagine it's so much about finding guys these days, but about making the best possible assessment of guys that everyone is looking at. In this era of information overload, you really need talented people in this role.
