I don't believe that 11 on 11 practices are supposed to start until later in May.  Will the Jags be facing an investigations/fine/suspension/loss of draft picks for this?

According to Garafolo and Schefter he hasn't yet, but he'll probably get the same contract anyway.

I'm gonna wait on the Wells Report for that. It's possible the Pats were responsible, probably TAPING PRACTICES AGAIN LIKE SPYGATE!

The he's a fucking idiot as is his agent.  

I'm pretty sure that's how most of these work to get guys into camp early. Especially with basically slotting, it's just a binding agreement to bargain in good faith. Allows flexibility for the team and security for the player. The Jags alternative is to try to fuck him over, he refuses to sign and goes back into the draft next year after a full rehab. PR shit show and #3 pick pissed away trying to save a few million.
