I will not pretend to understand why Pivetta was the worst pitcher who was ever born for the first month or so of the season and now if you have some other guy start the game and then bring him in, he turns into Cy Young but I am pleased with the development nonetheless.

He turned into a pumpkin last year the start after I traded for him in my long time, SoSH started (for relevence) dynasty league.

He then turned good right after I traded him away for two prospects I have already cut.

DOB's daughter got married this past weekend in Europe.

She married the A's radio announcer by the way. What a coincidence.

I'm stuck with the local A's broadcast. They are spent an inning with Jacob Wilson, the A's first round pick and son of former MLBer Jack Wilson - great kid, I hope he does well but they didn't discuss the game. Now they have a wonderful guy discussing Native American Culture but they aren't covering baseball. The MLB blackout rule cannot go away fast enough.

If you were an A's fan at this point in season would you care for the actual play by play? Sorry you are stuck with them?
