Timex is launching a 3G fitness watch that has all of the features people have mentioned above. There is no cost for the data plan. Granted it's primarily a fitness device and not all in one messaging device with fitness capabilities.

The thing that I am looking for is to be able to use my previously-purchased and fine-tuned apps on a new device. That's what has me intrigued about this running iOS. If I can buy one, synch it once and go... I'm in. If it does less than that or needs a new data plan... I'll pass and keep using my phone.
