Late Saturday night game, and of course yet another interesting pitching matchup. Stroman running the highest FIP of his career right now by a large margin, so we'll see which direction he normalizes.

Judge extended the most-barrels-in-a-month record (in the Statcast era) yet again last night, now with 28 in May.

Stroman: 3-2, 3.05 ERA 4.77 FIP
Cease: 5-3, 3.05 ERA 2.82 FIP

Apparently they really got some consistent SP length back in 2012. The Sabathia / Kuroda / Hughes / Nova quartet.

NY is 17-4 now since losing 3 of 4 in BAL at the start of the month.
