Keury de la Cruz left in the bottom of the 2nd in the Portland game. He doubled in the 5th run on the top of the second innings. He was replaced by Kevin Heller.

SS Marco Hernandez was replaced by Carlos Asuaje (with resultant defensive changes as Asuaje went to 2B... 2B Reed Gragnani went to 3B and 3B Mike Miller went to SS). The Game Log says Hernandez left due to an injured shoulder.
