...Or, you know, they can do that. :barf:

I was listening to the Dolphins radio feed, and they were reporting in the first half that Wallace was healthy and was being held out for some undisclosed disciplinary reason.  They never gave a definitive, but there speculation was that he blew up on a coach (or someone of consequence) on the sideline.

In the past I've been all for losing meaningless games, but that was also because I was hoping for Ireland to be fired....The loss may help for draft status, but once Ross indicated that Philbin would be back, a win seemed more important.  I know in a lot of ways the difference between 9-7 and 8-8 is inconsequential, but for this franchise and fan base I do think it could have created a bit of positive momentum heading into next season, which is never a bad thing.

Gibson, Hartline are both likely cut after the season for salary cap reasons. maybe they restructure hartline, but he was not great this year. Matthews is ready to step up and Landry is better in the slot. They need Wallace however.
