Purdue is playing very well. But this is the pattern - a team hangs with UConn for a half before UConn puts it in gear.
Wondering what happens when they have to take Edey out for a rest.

Edey not getting called for over the back costs Samson his second foul a few seconds later. A huge sequence there.
Keep Edey moving on defense all game long. He’s doing well now but he’s already getting tired.

Clear goaltending and no continuation. Refs definitely told to keep it close. The goaltend must be so obvious, they can’t even show a replay.
Not withstanding the refs,, UConn is playing 5 on 1, which is usually a good thing.
Stupid possession-arrow rule depriving us of yet another potential jump ball between Clingan and Edey.
Purdue needs to slow the game down.

They definitely seem so much greater than the sum of their parts so no disagreement from me there. But he’s extremely annoying face to an outsider.
