I was in the car today driving out of town and had MLBN radio on. Russso was hosting a show from 10:00 a.m. pacific time, first time I had heard him on MLB radio. He was discussing free agents and QO's and he asks the question "What is the qualifying offer for Stephen Drew?" When he came back...
