Here
JuJu had green in front of him, that was not well placed.

But it’s obvious Zappe has much better pocket presence than Mac based on what we’ve seen.

I’m just happy we can see another quarter of Zappe so we know whether to close the book on him too and look to rebuild the QB room next year.

I will say: he missed Juju but it’s nice to see someone that can throw 10+ yards because it forces the camera to pan and reveal that our receivers do actually get open.

Well said, Greg.

Cole Strange is looking like a whiff and so is Thornton. 2022 draft kind of sucks
I’d quibble a bit with ‘21 as well—Barmore was a nice pick and Rham is good but you can always get RBs. Not much else from that year. Mac, of course.

Watching him play in a blowout won’t tell us anything.

The drafts since 2020 have been good, what are you talking about?
2019: nobody left on the team
2020: Dugger, Onwenu - ok, good - not franchise - who else? Uche, Jennings? - underperformers
2021: Barmore yes, Rham looking suspect this season. Who else? Mac???
2022: ??? Jack Jones? We’ll see. 6th rounder Sam Roberts?
2023: promising so far

Bottom line they have not put together the talent they need from the draft
