I mean, there's no way in hell this happens for the Bruins... but I feel like Laine would be a dream alongside Krejci. Have the think this kind of deal start with DeBrusk, one of the center, and a 1st, though, right?
They’d probably want Pastrnak and McAvoy.I mean, there's no way in hell this happens for the Bruins... but I feel like Laine would be a dream alongside Krejci. Have the think this kind of deal start with DeBrusk, one of the center, and a 1st, though, right?
Laine is an off-season trade target. Right now he is a hot mess but obv there is a ton of upside. Still never been a possession player so might not be the best fit for B's. Certainly would give me pause to give up DeBrusk for him right now. Debrusk is as hot as they come in 2019 and Laine has been a significant liability in 2019.I mean, there's no way in hell this happens for the Bruins... but I feel like Laine would be a dream alongside Krejci. Some buzz on Twitter about Toffoli and the Bruins but no reputable sources so far. Seems like everyone is playing a game of chicken with the Flyers (Simmonds) and the Sens (Stone).
Yep. Like I said. Lol.Well, looks like Toffoli won't happen...
Both teams are playing tonight, so he can walk over to his new teamFriedman: Brassard to Colorado for a 3rd round pick.
Cassidy confirmed he is injured, day to day. Don't think there is anything else to it.Isn't Millar from L.A.?
Wasn't Millar held off the ice today?
For a 4th and 7th per Dreger.McQuaid to Columbus per Chris Johnston.
How dare you consider Stephen Kampfer just as worthless as the rest of us.Surprised that's all they could get - zero-sum in the end for NYR
You'd move him if Stone was to re-sign which Dreger thinks it's extremely likely.Brannström, Oskar Lindberg, 2020 DAL 2nd going to Ottawa
Stone to Vegas
I think people are going to slate that return, but Brannström is IMO a top 5-10 prospect in the game and wouldn't be someone I'd move for Stone if he were a Bruin
May he be referred to as Brainstorm forevermore
That's less than I expected, but Boston couldn't compete with a prospect of that quality. Curious what the ask was for the Bruins. Probably Vaakanainen *and* Studnicka *and* a pick, which I would have had problems with unless they had an extension in placeBrainstorm, Lindbergh and a 2nd...that’s not steep
Unless Stone were to be signed at a discount (~$7.5m AAV), I wouldn't move Brännström for him. He's putting up 0.7 pts/game as a 19 year old defenseman in the AHL.You'd move him if Stone was to re-sign which Dreger thinks it's extremely likely.
That would suck. It's going to be fucking Kovalchuk isn't it?
