What's the sketch with Dyche's future?never in doubt boys!
my daughters confirmation was this morning, so I DvRd it, wore my Everton shirt under my suit, put my phone in airplane mode, and just finished watching.
Doucoure’s silly red for poking Kane in the face several games back was the most harmful moment in the homestretch to our chances, so good for him and us that he came through. He fucking hit that thing. I think that ball’s mommy felt it.
other than the save Pickford made in stoppage time, he was never in serious trouble and on the whole Everton were the better club comfortably. Again the lack of cutting edge is a problem- a better front man than Gray puts Everton ahead sooner.
Had to be a nerve shredder. Was never gonna be an easy ride. Hopefully Wednesday can push on from this. Thanks guys. That was nuts.
we 100% deserved to go up this year but that game didn’t prove that.
I was just reading about all this on my laptop in my favorite bar in Berlin, and this couple just tapped me on the shoulder and asked, "are you looking at the Sheffield Wednesday score?" I of course said, "yes, do you want to know what happened?' They said yes, and I shared with them. They were from somewhere near Leeds (can't remember exactly where, and didn't seem upset that SW had advanced) and strangely enough are probably going to the same concert tomorrow that I'm going to.Thanks guys. That was nuts.

Big question next year...we went with the "high paid old guys" strategy this season and it worked. Think we need a few years in the second division to get a strong foundation for a push up to the top. We could roll this exact squad out and wouldn't get relegated but there's no future there. I'm not 100% sold on the tactical acumen of the coaching staff either, so we'll see if that hurts us.Had to be a nerve shredder. Was never gonna be an easy ride. Ha that’s cool!!You should google Sheffield Wednesday. Just trust me on this.

I'm not so sure about this. Everton have very limited talent, and they are broke. Even if they had any money (which they don't), they are heavily constrained by FFP. Dyche will have them fighting but I would be surprised if they avoid the relegation scrap next year.haha that is cool.
Congrats to @OCST , I'm sure no one will be excited to host Dyche's Everton next year, and he'll move them up 4-8 places in the table. @Dummy Hoy congrats to you as well!
They seem to have enough talent in MF and attack, but the D corps is suspect. Couldn't Dyche repair some of that with just setting up the team more defensively and more generally organized? Still, even if you think Everton don't have great M/F, they have to score more than 34 goals next season, right?I'm not so sure about this. Everton have very limited talent, and they are broke. Long time Man City fans (all four of them) hate you for this match in which you relegated them with a miraculous last minute winner. Other than winning the League Cup in 1988 this is probably one of the club’s biggest moments. The sides were playing each other to determine relegation, City only needed a draw and had the better of the match but couldn’t score, and then Luton found a winner with little time remaining.Ok so since I’m now the biggest Lutron City fan in the SoSH world - can anyone give a rundown on what o need to know? Haha
Who will be their “rival” in the league next season? I hope I can see them when we are in London next December!
Watford is a good team to dislike just on general principle though.Their biggest rival is probably Watford, but they aren't in the premier league at the moment.
