Google says you're correct. Weird decision then on many levels.Ed Hillel said:

Also increases their chances of beating out KC who holds a tiebreaker against NE I guess.Ed Hillel said:
It helps vs. Miami and increases the odds Denver misses out on a bye.
I'm sorry the correct answer was "You're right Mike".drleather2001 said:It's not that big of a game.
Correct, it's exactly twice as bad as spousal abuse.GeorgeCostanza said:I thought it was booze?

It's definitely a much different Pats team now. Browner, Ayers, Stork didn't play in that first game.Ed Hillel said:
I'm confused why you'd potentially want to face Miami with the loser getting the 5 seed. And, yes, I think this Miami team is a scary matchup for the Pats, at least as much as that can be said in the AFC.
I don't really care that much either way. Surely not enough to be lamenting the result of this game and sighing at bounces breaking for the Dolphins. They are a solid team but they are not on the Pats level.Ed Hillel said:I'm confused why you'd potentially want to face Miami with the loser getting the 5 seed. Miami was also missing Jones, Pouncey, Jordan, and good Tannehill.jsinger121 said:It's definitely a much different Pats team now. Browner, Ayers, Stork didn't play in that first game.
Any given Sunday and all that. I'd like the Pats to be 2 games up on everyone. Having any single game be the difference between a 1 and 5 seed is scary.jsinger121 said:It's definitely a much different Pats team now. Browner, Ayers, Stork didn't play in that first game.
Like four other things have to happen before that point even if Miami wins today. Plus the game is in Foxboro. Pats division equity probably goes from 97 percent to 90 percent with a Fins win. It's not worth gettin worked up over.Ed Hillel said:I'm confused why you'd potentially want to face Miami with the loser getting the 5 seed. Tannehill was good in their first game. As good as he's going to be.sodenj5 said:Miami was also missing Jones, Pouncey, Jordan, and good Tannehill.

Good point. Forgot to mention that.BigSoxFan said:And Gronk is Gronk, which is the biggest change. But Miami certainly is a formidable squad.
